It’s the first full day of winter! Things will be slower at the farm for the next few weeks as we take time to rest and button up the 2025 books. As the light returns and day-length increases, our greens will grow back in the high tunnels. We plan to open CSA Sign Ups for the 2026 season by mid-January. We plan to open our farm store at least one time in January, and then be open biweekly from February until mid-April, when we resume more regular hours.
