Farm Stand is open Saturday 1/11 10-2!

Happy New Year! We are excited to welcome you back to our farm this Saturday for an open farm stand. It’ll be cold but sunny and we’ll have local cider in the crockpot–a new tradition we are loving this winter!

Here’s what we expect to have:
**ALL CERTIFIED ORGANIC, unless mentioned otherwise**

Fresh from our tunnels–wow, what a miracle the tunnels are:
Swiss Chard (limited)
Kale (limited)
Cilantro
Mizuna Mix
Scallions
Spinach (limited)

Vegetables and Fruit:
Apples (Golden Grimes), Beets, Cabbage, Carrots, Celeriac, Daikon Radishes, Garlic, Kohlrabi, Mushrooms, Red Onions, Parsnips, Popcorn on the cob (IPM *not* certified organic), Potatoes, Rutabaga, Sweet Potatoes, Watermelon radishes, Winter Squash

Organic and Local: eggs, applesauce, pickles, pasta, polenta, miso, tofu, beef, and flour.
Local: cheese, yogurt, maple syrup, hot sauce

We accept cash, check, card, gift card/Seed Money, and SNAP/EBT. We can process HIP benefits.
